Privacy policy.
What we collect when you use the quote form, why, and how to get it deleted.
This policy describes what the site currently does, but it has not been reviewed by anyone legally qualified. Check it against the live deployment before launch, including whether analytics is actually installed and the ICO registration position for the operating company.
Who we are
PaveLocal is operated by Ivy Hive LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17364425. For any privacy question, or to ask for your data to be deleted, email hello@pavelocal.co.uk.
What we collect
Only what you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, and the details you give about the driveway. Nothing on this site asks for payment details, and we will never ask for them by email.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange a survey and produce a quote. That is the only purpose. The lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you initiated, and where a contract follows, performance of that contract.
Who it is shared with
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, which hosts this site. Where an enquiry is passed to a local installer so that they can survey and quote your driveway, they receive only the details needed to do that. We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to marketing lists.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to work carried out are kept for six years, which is the period during which a claim relating to the work could be brought.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and uses no third-party tracking pixels. If website analytics are in use, they are configured to collect aggregate usage data rather than to identify individuals.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@pavelocal.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
